Hi @Mjohnson (WMF):, we sent an email last week to ask if there is something wrong with our request. Is something missing? Some document perhaps? Civvì (talk, Thank you for submitting this proposal, with my apologies for the slow reply. I am happy to approve this proposal, but I need to ask you about the dates for the project. It looks like the proposal was submitted in mid-August, and the grant term dates are 7 July-15 November. We don't approve projects with a s start date before the request approval date, and definitely not before the request application date. Hello @Mjohnson (WMF):, thank you for your feedback! The mistake with the dates is my fault, the proposal was prepared (and saved) on Fluxx way ahead but during the whole process I completely missed the "save and submit" button :-( It seems that this proposal is born under an unlucky star. Let me just fix the paperwork with the Grants Officer and then we will try to check what can be saved of the whole proposal. --Civvì (talk) 13:24, 4 November 2022 (UTC)

Hi @Mjohnson (WMF):, we received feedback from the Grants Officer that all the paperwork is fine. We would like to confirm the amount and to postpone the "in person" event and do it in Spring (May 2023) transforming it in an editathon + phototour.
