Hi Hamxo, thank you for submitting your grant application. After reviewing your grant proposal, we have some requests:

• We think that the training objectives can be achieved in 2 days by organizing 2 training sessions. Please remove 2 days awareness costs and reduce the project to two days.
• We request that you remove all expenses related to 2 days awareness events. The new requested amount should be less than 2000 USD.
• The costs of some items such as technology/camera rental, venue, transportation, internet and other costs should be reduced.
• We recommend that in these trainings you focus on the projects that you are well experienced. We also request that other co-facilitators have relevant experience.
• Finally, we request that you reach out to Hausa Wikimedians User Group and collaborate with them in terms of this project.

Hi Davit Saroyan,

1. I have now make it 2 days training as you requested and I have also removed the 2 days awareness cost and any other expenses that is related to two days awareness completely

2.Almost all of my team members have experience in carrying out Wikipedia projects and they have organized and attended several projects within and outside the Hausa community,most especially someone like Umar A Usman,Itzedubaba,Sadammuhammad11234,Idris sanusi,Ningi and the rest of them.We will also send an invitation to the Hausa wikimedians user group co-founder Muhammad mustapha Aliyu to serve as the head facilitator,Salihu Aliyu,Na’im Bello,and Askirason will all be invited in order to help carry out the training successfully

Hello Hamxo, thanks for making the requested changes. We are funding this grant request with a reduced budget in the amount of 1,695.54 USD. We are not funding the following expense.

• Equipment and tools, Two days camera rental fee to make quality and clear shots for the whole of the event: 278.95 USD
