since last 2 or 3 years, Nigeria has started seeing increased weather changes both during the dry season and rain season. we now see more flood, rivers over flowing, farms being washed away, very dry land during the dry season etc. i think it will be good to document these changes both during the dry and raining seasons. so i like the idea of running this programme to streach from the dry season to the raining season. I am also happy that senior citizens are the people pushing for this. we can be more thorough and have information of the different vegitations in different locations in Nigeria. I support this application.

The proposal is important for us because Nigeria is one of the countries with high impact of climate change. Despite this, many people are still naive about climate change, I think this proposal will help to document and showcase what is happening in Nigeria to the entire world. The strategy for me are okay, as this will make the senior citizen more aware of the climate crisis in Nigeria and encourage them to take actions to mitigate climate change.

The Wiki For Senior Citizens Network is a new group, but its founders are not newcomers. Their proposition seems perfectly sound to me. And yes, on the verge of being a senior myself, I do support very much senior citizens to self organize and fully understand why they would also like to work at their own pace rather than in groups where the average age is probably about 20-25. There are many groups in Nigeria now, but then it is a large country... I hope they can be supported. Anthere (talk) 17:58, 30 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
