There is not doubt that this project is aimed at creating awareness of Wikimedia in an area whit institutions of learning that are yet to discover the true nature Wikipedia. The proposal is well crafted and well put. Important of all, the facilitators in this proposal and well-experienced and skillful editors that have been bridging knowledge gap for long. The reason for this being that there appears to be significant overlaps with this other project - Hausa Music Preservation Workshop - happening within the same locality.
