Dear Salihu Aliyu, thanks for submitting your Rapid Fund request. We appreciate your interest in contributing to the mission of the Wikimedia Movement. After a thorough review of your application, we have decided to not fund your Rapid Fund request. Here are the main concerns behind this decision:

• The proposal is useful in terms of creating awareness to an audience valuable to the movement at large. However, we think that the strategies to achieve such a change over the period of time are not feasible. We would suggest putting more effort and skills and reviewing this approach.
• There is also a concern regarding the sustainability of the projects. It's unclear what happens beyond the described activities – especially given that you are located far from the university and require travel and accommodation.
• While there is general understanding of the idea of the proposal, there is a lack of clarity on the target audience.
• The proposed budget is unclear. There is a misalignment between the proposed budget and intended impact and overall value of the project.
• We recommend the applicant to collaborate with other experienced community groups and affiliates.
