Report accepted[edit]

Dear Magioladitis,

Thank you for submitting this Midpoint Report. I am accepting it now.

It was wonderful to speak with your team this week and hear more about the work that you are doing to foster a community culture that supports participation by women. I appreciated that you are making space for philosophical discussions, as you called them, that allow women to ask questions about why they should be involved in Wikipedia and where there interest areas might best translate into meaningful volunteer involvement in Wikimedia projects. I also appreciated that you are developing a tailored approach for differing groups--offering an overview of how to fix bugs reported on Phabricator for women who are primarily interested in technology, and helping women who are focused on feminist issues to learn how to upload their archival resources and use them to improve Wikipedia.

Please remember to update your project goals in your Midpoint Report, if you believe that more relevant goals have replaced those you imagined when you first wrote your proposal.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Warm regards,
