Hello Mompati Dikunwane, thanks again for submitting this Rapid Grant proposal. Before I can start reviewing your proposal, I have some questions that I would like to clarify with you.

• First of all, I have changed the grant title to "Afrocine Edit-a-thon 2020 in Botswana". I have fixed a typo in the title and added your country name. Please confirm that it is an acceptable title for you.
• Under question No. 6 you have stated that you do not intend to organize any in-person gatherings. However, you have budgeted expenses for laptops, masks, sanitizers, local transportation, and space rental, which clearly indicates that you plan to arrange an in-person gathering. Could you please clarify this issue?

• Could you please provide the list of articles you intend to work with?
• Please provide the list of all experienced editors who’ll be supporting you during the event.

Budget:

• "Banner/ Poster making" expenses seem too high, please reduce it by half.
• “Covid 19 masks and Sanitizer” expenses also seem too high. Could you please provide more details on which items will one package (26 USD) include, number of items, and unit prices?
• Please remove stationery expenses from your budget (194 USD). We think that stationary is not substantial when you also rent laptops for all participants.
• How many certificates are you expecting to offer? Could you please provide us with the number of units and unit prices?
• Once you make all requested changes, please update the reduced budget on the probox.

• Please add the list of articles to your proposal page.
• For the certificates, I think you only need "cost for designing and printing" (40 USD), what is the "5 certificates (5x12 USD)" expense for?
• Please add the usernames of the experienced editors to your proposal page under question 3.
• You need to adjust the snack and refreshments prices to the intended number of participants. You plan to provide food and beverage for 20 participants for 3 days (20x3=60 participants), while the intended number of participants you have mentioned under the Impact section is only 12. Please fix this discrepancy and update your budget.

Request for project date change

Hello DSaroyan (WMF), i would like to request for the date change because we havent heard from the grants admin about our disbursement. The issue is being sorted out by your account team (an error that returned back the funds back to WMF account).The new dates are 22 February to 18 March 2021. Thanks
