• Could you please provide a more detailed breakdown of the prize budget?
• How many t-shirts and certificates do you plan to offer?
• What will be covered by logistic expenses?

Hi DSaroyan (WMF), Thanks for reviewing the proposal and appreciating the effort of the organizing team.

• We will be giving assorted merchandise as follows, winner- 20k, runner-up- 15k, and third position- 10k to the top 3 participants of the edit-a-thon.
• This actually depends on the participation but as of now, we are expecting to print around 20-25 certificates and postcard for the participants and 8-10 t-shirts for the top three contributors, organizing members, and jury members.
• Communication expenses, courier expenses to send the certificate and postcard to the participants.
