Hello, brazal.dang; thank you for submitting this grant request. Unfortunately, we are not able to fund it, as it does not match the scope of projects supported by Rapid Grants. The set up of a library is a longer-term project than the single initiatives Rapid Grants funds. Moreover, we are moving away from supporting equipment expenses.
