Hi Alphama, thanks for re-submitting this Rapid Grant request. We have reviewed it and have the following comments and requests:

  • We will not support food costs of participants for 60 days. Food expenses should be connected with different events. We will be willing to support food costs for three days only.
  • We will also not cover all electricity expenses for participants. We can cover these costs only partially, to support participants during the editing process. Please adjust your budget according to these two requests.
  • Could you please provide more details about “fan expenses”. Do you plan to purchase or rent fans?
  • To confirm your eligibility for our grant programs, we would like you to explain the reason for submitting your previous grant reports with a huge delay (five years). Could you also confirm that you will submit the required reports for this grant before the due date?

Hello, I already fixed the expenses according to your requirements. My last previous project was my first project in which I lacked my experiences and I lost also my research way how to finish the project on time. Due to my responsibility, I tried so hard to finish that project. Since then, I am sure to finish this editathon with an easier plan on time. Alphama (talk) 09:29, 26 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
