Hi Linason Blessing, thank you for submitting your grant application. After reviewing your grant proposal, we have some questions to learn more about the project and planned activities.

• Are you in touch with the Nigerian Library and Information Science Students' Association? Have you discussed this project with them in advance?
• Please review the impact section and align it with your project goals and target Wikimedia projects.
• Given the project scope and team members' involvement in other similar grants, we will not support 5 facilitators' travel and accommodation. We will only fund expenses for three facilitators. Please adjust the budget accordingly.

Your team members are involved in different open grants too which may have overlapping dates. We would like to learn more about the team and their capacity:

• How do you plan to manage these projects as volunteers? How will you be able to co-organize and be engaged in these projects?
• I would also like to learn more about your team as an organized group. How do you discuss and plan your projects?
• Additionally, how do you manage funds as a group even if the grants are received individually? How do you ensure transparent usage of funds in the group?
• Do you have team members who are experienced with Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons?

Hi DSaroyan (WMF), thank you for reviewing my Grant proposal, and below are the answers to the Questions asked.

· Yes, I have the approval and support of the association’s council members, executives and a notification has been sent to the members of the association. More so Bukky658 (talk) is the public and Relations officer of the association who has been in her capacity.

· Your recommendation has been duly noted and the adjustment have been made aligning my impact section and project goals on the proposal.

· Your recommendation has been duly noted and the budget has been adjusted accordingly

· As the project Lead and volunteer, I have strategically assigned roles and responsibilities to team members that will be working with me on this project which will not have any Negative effect on other projects that they may be involved in. more so we are in constant communication to discuss and choose a suitable date during the project implementation when the 2 days physical training will hold.

· My team as an Organized group make use open communication where member express their opinions on task assigned and are dedicated to achieve the desired result using WhatsApp and email messaging as communication tools and to also discuss the project from planning to implementation and evaluation stage. We created a WhatsApp group where all members where constant update on concerning the project is shared. All members assigned roles act in their capacities, respond to question, make valid suggestions and valuable recommendations towards the successful implementation of the project.

· Before receiving the funds a google form is created detailing every resources needed its corresponding program activities, the stage of which the resources/item is required; whether planning, implementation or evaluation, type of unit ( product or services ) link with reference for pricing and the status of purchase of an item/resources needed which is visible and accessible to all members of the group.

· Yea I have James Rhoda (talk) she is a two-time Winner of wikidata related projects such as wikidata for media personalities and wikidata for tourism, she also facilitated for wikidata for Library and Librarians in Nigeria and is also the project lead for the ongoing project for Novels and Novelist in Nigeria.

· I also have Bukky658 (talk) has participated in wiki commons related projects such as Wiki loves Africa 2021 and other projects she has also lead project such as Wikidata for Library and Notable Librarians in Nigeria.

· In addition, as the project Lead I have also participated in the Wiki loves Africa Contest in which I uploaded several media related works on wiki commons and also I was the Media and publicity officer for WikiGLAM awareness for Librarians in Kwara state and Wikidata for Libraries and Librarians in Nigeria I was in charge for uploading the pictures and adding categories for the events carried out.
