Hello Musa Vacho77, thank you for your proposal. Unfortunately, I will need to mark this proposal as ineligible. The Hausa Wikimedians User Group where you and Anasskoko are members has requested a Wikimania Scholarship. While this proposal and the scholarship request are not the same, they do both support data costs and promotional initiatives. I am requesting that these activities be integrated into the scholarship request instead of split between two proposals related to supporting access to Wikimania. We're unfortunately not able to support Wikimania-related events for a single community both through Rapid Grants and Wikimania Scholarships. I JethroBT (WMF) (talk) 07:37, 16 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
