Hello Ndahiro derrick, thanks for submitting this Rapid Grant request and for organizing the Wiki Loves Earth 2020 contest in Rwanda. We have completed the initial review of your application and have the following questions and requests.

• Your detailed budget adds up to 1,690 USD and not 1,490 USD. Could you please fix this discrepancy and update the probox and proposal?
• Could you please confirm that there will be no group offline activities organized in terms of this project?
• Please provide the Wikimedia usernames of all organizers in the Resources section.
• Is this the first time Rwanda joins the Wiki Loves Earth contest?

Thanks a lot for the quick feedback , 1.with regards to the budget we are sorry for that discrepancy and am fixing it shortly as advised and addition of usernames for the organising team is going to be done . 2.We are 100% not planning any offline group activities,all planned offline activities will be done on an individual restricted basis ,this means that none of the participants or organizing team will meet in a group offline .... 3.yes,this is the first time for Rwanda to join wiki loves Earth Thank you ,,,,stay safe ~~Ndahiro derrick~~ Ndahiro derrick (talk) 13:21, 18 May 2020 (UTC)

Requesting Timeline Extension

Hello DSaroyan (WMF),User:MJue (WMF), I believe that you are doing well. we would like to request for an extension period up to 25th October 2020 to submit our report for WLE. Wiki Loves Earth 2020 just got closed 2 weeks ago and everything is being finalized with proper documentation. However, there has been an issue to find the 2nd winner who is still missing at the moment and we wanted to give a bit of flexibility to set a time so that the person may discover that he/she has won, so to resolve that, the 3rd winner will be moved to be the 2nd and the 3rd will be the following person.we hope that when given an extension period of two weeks,everything would have been sorted.......
