Hi, MMontes (WMF); Thanks for going through the application and raising valid concerns. Details about the listed certificates, plaques, gift items and stationery is tabulated as under:

1	Certificates	45	7,600	In order to motivate the participants, it is important to issue certificates to them after the workshop. This will also make them feel recognized and appreciated for their work, learning and contributions to Wikimedia Projects.
2	Stationery	See Notes	10,000	This includes providing pens and notebooks for all the participants so that they jot down important points during the education program. Similarly, papers are required for making attendance sheets, during meetup discussions, and presentation.
3	Plaques	6	15,000	Since the programs will be conducted in colleges with the venue provided by the institution, their respective Principals and guests will be welcomed and appreciated with Plaques.
4	Gift Items	See Notes	15,000	This includes badges and gift items. Badges for Principals, Lecturers, Guests and Resource Persons. Gift items for the students who performs well and learns actively during the program by giving valuable input.
