Hello Semmy1960, thanks for submitting this Rapid Fund request. I have completed the initial review and I have some questions and requests:

• Do you have any list of ministries that you plan to work on during the project? How many ministries does it include? Can you share that list with us?
• In which languages do you plan to make contributions?
• What's the need for having 5 participants taking part in the photowalks? How will you ensure that there are no duplicate images taken?
• Do you need to have any permission to take photos of the ministry buildings in Lagos? If you do, how do you plan to get that permission?
• Do you have freedom of panorama in Nigeria? How will you make sure that the photos can be shared under free licenses and uploaded to Wikimedia Commons?
• I don't think there is a need to invite any facilitator(s) outside of Lagos to participate in the project. The Wikimedia community in Lagos is already active and I recommend finding local experienced Wikimedians who would be willing to support the project. Given this fact, we'll not fund any expenses regarding the air travel of any facilitator(s). Please remove all expenses regarding the air travel and accommodation (items #7, 8, and 9).
• Additionally, since you have almost no experience in working with Wikimedia Commons, we would like to know who will be leading the Wikimedia Commons training sessions? We need to make sure that you have experienced Wikimedia Commons editors in the team in order to move forward with this grant request.

• Yes, We have ministries and their Parastatals. 28 Ministries and 86 Parastatals, We would break the list down into two batches. We have 9 articles not yet created on the ministries which would be created and we would edit and expand the remaining.

• The Ministries are not located in one particular location. There are different locations. We will share the Ministries among the Editors to achieve optimum result
• Yes. We have informed them about the training. As a Journalist who is trained to handle information, this project became important as a form of documenting Nigerian Government content on Wikipedia starting from Lagos State Government and its Agencies. With this in mind, we sought the audience of the Commissioner for Information and enlightened him more on the importance of up to date government information on the Wikipedia and the training, so they have given us their support for us to take pictures of the Ministries for Wiki Commons.
• Yes, as a Journalist. All the Editors are experienced Wikipedia Editors and it is would be taken by us and they will be supervised by me. We would upload to a central system immediately pictures are taken to ensure no duplicates and the pictures are taken by each Editors.After the photo walk, we would upload and It would be released under Creative Commons licenses.

• I have contacted Adebukola3ee- The Team lead of LASU Epe Campus( He has agreed to join the team)
• Tochiprecious agreed to train online ( A representative of the Igbo Wikipedia group)

Extension request

Hello DSaroyan (WMF), trust you are fine. Sent a mail to you but didn't get any response. I was asking for an extension till the end of March. We had a little delay because some students started exams earlier than expected because of the strike. We have started the online aspect of the training, we want an extension because of those who just finished their exams. We request for extension till 31st of March.
