Hello[edit]

Hello, If you have any questions, please let us know and ping us! we have unused funds from this grant as we mention before, and there were two events that we held in February 2020 that still have outstanding expenses, and were not included in the original Rapid Grant budget, because these include in the Simple APG, so here we are requesting that to use the remaining US$107.57 towards those outstanding expenses.

Our activities that held in February 2020 below:

  1. Wikimedians of the Levant/Reports/2020/World Arabic language day, which its cost (US$ 108.30).
  2. Wikimedians of the Levant/Reports/2020/WikiMedicine Workshop in Alexandria, which its cost (US$ 74.00).

Total costs: US$182.30

Note:remaining cost was not sufficient to cover these activities completely, so what would you advise?

Comments from I JethroBT (WMF)[edit]

Hello براء, and thanks for your report on the Education program in Palestine. Here are my comments and questions:

  • Congratulations on your achievements in participation and contributions during the education program. From our perspective, it is not a concern that your outcomes were a little lower than expected, and you were still able to engage and train many new volunteers. Could you link to the Wikimedia pages or the tool you used to track the participants, photos submitted, and articles developed by the students associated with the programs in Hebron and at An-Najah National University? It is important that this information be able to verified and reviewed by others who want to understand the impact of your activities.
  • What sort of skills were taught in the training for students using the Wiki MOOC? Did students find the materials easy to learn from? Were any other resources or materials were provided?
  • How do you want to expand the scope of your work in universities? Are there other universities you want to engage with, and do you want to grow and expand education programs that you have already started? How do you want to grow these education programs?

With thanks, I JethroBT (WMF) (talk) 21:14, 14 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
