Proposal for postponing the final date of the grant[edit]

Our initial proposal started from the pre-assumption that there would be a small editing community in Cabo Verde, but did not find one. So far, the research work on the field revealed very little awareness about Wikimedia and the potential of the platforms. Therefore, the team would like to request an extension of the final deadline, pushing it to February 28th 2023. This should give us enough time to collect more extensive data from local institutions about the general perception/awareness/knowledge about Wikimedia platforms and subsequent needs for training and support.
