Hi Fawaz.tairou, thanks again for submitting the final report for The AfroCine Project Benin 2020. We are happy with the project outcomes and glad that the activities went smoothly despite the COVID pandemic. After reviewing the report, I have a few questions and comments:

  • Thank you for putting all information about your project into a project page.
  • Which tools did you use to track the participants’ contributions?
  • If you have issues with the Outreach Dashboard, please consider using the Event Metrics tool as an alternative.
  • Are you still in touch with the new participants? Do they continue to edit or participate in your events?

Dear DSaroyan (WMF), thanks for your support and review.
  • To track the participants'contributions, we've used the list of participants and check each participants contributions during the period of the contest. It wasn't so easy and the Event Metrics tool is welcome as an alternative for us. Thanks for the tips.
  • We're still in touch with almost all of the new participants. They had been added to our social media groups (Whatsapp and Telegram) and they are informed and involved in our following activities and contests.
Thanks again on behalf of all the members of Wikimédiens du Bénin User Group for making those activities possible in Benin last year despite the COVID pandemic.
