Thank you for applying to host a local meetup at the Wikimedia Hackathon! We are so grateful you took the time to put together a proposal, and are highly impressed by your work. We will be moving forward with your application.

However, the local meetup grants cannot be used to sponsor swag, certificates, or t-shirts, in order to keep the experience standard and fair for other participants around the world. Can you remove this from your itemized total?
