Hi RSharma (WMF)
Thank you for your dedication and patience. I have applied the updates and made the assessment tool available. We use this mailing list for a good diffusion: kisangani@lists.wikimedia.fr Best regards. --Yves Madika (talk) 00:07, 16 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Yves Madika, thank you for giving me the access of the Risk Assessment Tool sheet. I would request you to make it publicly accessible so it can be viewed by everyone. I would also like to request clarification regarding the budget item 'WikiPermanence'. Looking foward to hear from you. Regards RSharma (WMF) (talk) 08:33, 21 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hello RSharma (WMF), thanks. WikiPermanences are the weekly meetings with contributors, an opportunity to accompany them, answer questions and welcome new contributors. This budget will allow us to hold the WikiPermanences during the whole month of February, in order to accompany new contributors, especially since this is a fledgling community.Yves Madika (talk) 08:39, 22 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Yves Madika, thanks for providing context for 'WikiPermanence'. Can you clarify the expenses you are expecting within the $100 allocated budget of WikiPermanence? Additionally, I would like you to make the Risk assessment protocol document publicly accessible. Regards RSharma (WMF) (talk) 08:59, 22 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hello RSharma (WMF), The WikiPermanences will be held every Tuesday or Friday of February in different locations according to the votes of participants, sometimes also online. This budget will allow for refreshments (water, cookies, etc.) during the meetings, and sometimes transportation. I think that the evaluation tool is now available to the public.Regards Yves Madika (talk) 06:44, 23 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hello Yves Madika, thank you for providing the additional context and information regarding the WikiPermanences. As per our guidelines, multiple, independent projects per proposal are not accepted under rapid grants program. We would request you to remove the 100 USD budget for the WikiPermanence program and update the same in the proposal page. We would encourage you to apply for a separate rapid grant for WikiPermananence project, which can provide your team a better planning budget and flexibility for organizing the meetups. Hello RSharma (WMF), Thank you for clarifying this point. I just updated the page.Yves Madika (talk) 14:39, 10 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request a new and date[edit]

Hi

Due to the delay in the transfer process, we are unable to hold the activity within the set deadline. It is at the end of last week that we received the funds for the activity via our bank, therefore we propose to extend the date of the beginning of the activity to February 15, and the end on March 15. Thank you Yves Madika (talk) 06:16, 9 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Yves Madika, thanks for posting this request. I approve it, extending the grant end date to March 15, 2021. The reporting due date is now shifted to April 15, 2021. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 06:55, 9 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
