Hi, BamLifa, thank you for submitting this new rapid grant application. We have received a high volume of requests, which may delay our review. We appreciate your patience and will respond to your request as soon as possible. In the meantime, I have a question for you:

• We consider t-shirts to be a high-cost, low-impact item and, therefore, ask grantees to limit or remove them from their budgets. Could you please either remove t-shirts from your budget or reduce their number to approximately 5 (a few for organizers and a few to be given out as prizes for the person(s) with the most comtributions)?

Thank you for your comment. I see that t-shirts cost a bit, but I've to tell you that they really play a psychological role. It is a motivation for people to volunteer. So, I tried to reduice the number: 5 for the UG and 15 for those with many contributions at the end of the event.--BamLifa (talk) 09:45, 25 February 2019 (UTC)
