Request partially funded[edit]

Dear Harsh:

Congratulations on being awarded a talk at OSCON! Thank you for your submission. We are glad to partially fund your request. We can appreciate your plans for a SF visit to Wikimedia Foundation's office. However, this activity is out of scope for the Travel and Participation Support program, and we will not be able to fund US$70 of the amount requested. The total amount funded is US$1580.

With the event happening in a little over a week's time, your grant will be funded as a reimbursement. Going forward, if requesting advance funding, please submit at least one (1) month prior to the event dates, as specified on the Travel and Participation Support submission page.
