Additional information about your submission[edit]

@Shyamal: thank you for your submission and for your many contributions thus far! The committee would like to confirm that you will be conducting the workshop sessions and would also like to know if you and/or the organizers have an expectation for possible number of attendees. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. -- Best wishes, JTud (WMF), Grants Administrator (talk) 21:32, 22 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Jtud (WMF): Thank you. Yes, I will be the key resource person behind all of the workshop sessions although there are more hands available for the photography walks. The fair itself is going to have a good attendance (in the hundreds going by the 2011 situation) but for the workshops we expect around 20 local participants with laptops and a much larger number of potential participants with mobile devices. @Shyamal: Thank you so much for your response. We absolutely see the value of your participation and agree to fund it.
Please review the next steps for your grant as described in "How the program works". Note that your post-event report must provide a link to an outcome from your participation, such as a learning pattern to teach others something you've learned at the event, a link to something new that was co-created by you and your fellow participants at the event, or a blog post you wrote to share your experience with others after the event.
Last but not least, our Grants Administrator will get in touch with you. And thank you for all your committed work Shyamal. Best wishes on behalf of the TPS committee --Muriel Staub (WMCH) (talk) 16:52, 9 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
