Dear Yusuf Sa'adu
The Wikimedia User Group Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:
- We advise you to make this a one day event to help minimise cost. Focus on either Wikipedia or Commons.
- Reduce participants to 20.
- The cost for event hall should be reduced to 40,000 NGN
- Participants should not be transported for a volunteer event.
- Certificates not necessary.
- Transport for facilitators would now stand at 20,000 NGN
- YOUR CO-FACILITATOR MUST ENDORSE THIS PROJECT
- PLEASE NOTE THAT A RECEIPT OF THE HALL PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED AS PART OF YOUR REPORT

- Hello User:Yusuf Sa'adu you made only a few adjustments and increased the price tag of others. This is not ideal. In the original draft, the price for t-shirt was 3,000NGN per copy (9,000 NGN for facilitators). We won't accept the increase to 12,000 NGN. There were no tags originally and we won't fund that. We didn't approve tags for any grantee. I advice you make the changes we suggested earlier without any additions. The WUGN approved 147,000 NGN for your project and we can't go above that due to the numerous projects we are funding this month. Do have a nice day. Ashioma (WUGN) (talk) 06:43, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
