Explain your plan[edit]
I am an active contributor to Wikimedia projects since 2010 (more then 90.000 edits, 1230 articles created), an administrator of Ukrainian Wikipedia. I have created several active wikipedia project in Ukrainian wiki. Recently, we have an tragic incident on my work place - my Institute birnt in fire and I lost a computer. In nearest time we plan to organise several wikiexpedition in Southern Ukraine region. Two such expeditions were effectively carried out in 2014 and 2019, which resulted in improving and creation of many of pages on geography, nature and culture of Southern Ukraine.

- It was a terrible tragedy. The building of the Institute of Marine Biology where Ykvach worked completely burned down. See c:Category:Fire-damaged Asvadurov House. --Yakudza (talk) 12:53, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
- The fire in the institute where Ykvach is working was one of the worst fires in the history of Ukraine, notable enough for a specific Wikipedia article: uk:Пожежа в Одесі 4 грудня 2019 року, and the institute lost all of its equipment. Unfortunately Ukrainian science is not well funded nor insures its equipment, so basically nobody will provide him a computer to replace the lost one. Ykvach is one of the best Ukrainian contributors, an experienced administrator and a good editor both on scientific and local topics.
