Explain your plan
Tell us about how you contribute currently, and how you would contribute if WMF were to gift a used laptop to you.
I joined the Wiki community last year was actively adding content to Wikipedia. So far I have been to five editathon in Ghana including Twi Wikipedia editathon. But my laptop stopped working 6 months ago, though i still edit but not as actively as i used because it's a bit difficult editing with my mobile phone. Aside editing Wikipedia, I also write blog post on my community's Wiki events. The laptop will help me edit Wikipedia effectively, make writing of blog post easier. It will also be of great help to me since i'm starting Wikipedia club in my school. I'm going to use the laptop for volunteering cases for Wikimedia projects. I also have plans to set up a Wikipedia hub in my school this year.
Add the existing Wikimedia projects (Wikipedia, Commons, etc.) and language versions that you seek to impact with this equipment.
Wikipedia, Twi Wikipedia

- This user has participated in several Wikipedia edit-a-thons in Ghana. She currently serves as a content writer and a social media manager for Global Open Initiative. She is currently unable to edit Wikipedia because of her broken laptop. She is a student journalist and she plans to set up a Wikipedia hub on her campus. she needs a laptop to be able to achieve this.Shahadusadik (talk) 00:16, 15 August 2019 (UTC)
- Strong support. Nana yaa series has demonstrated keen interest in editing Wikimedia projects (and engaging in the organizing aspect of it) and has had to borrow one to attend editathons. I believe that the Wikimedia movement will have a lot to benefit from her enthusiasm if they had the freedom to contribute as and when they want.—M@sssly✉ 11:06, 15 August 2019 (UTC)
