I am not familiar with the current policy, but it seems to me that a formal request from the chapter is the proper approach, and that such a request would be granted without difficulty. But as it stands, I can't see whether the "(WMDE)" in the username has been verified. Please forgive if I have missed something. -Pete F (talk) 05:54, 22 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Pete F, the chapter suffix is not reserved, so actually your concern is legitimate.
