Unfortunately I've removed CNA permissions from @Leszek Manicki (WMDE), Christoph Jauera (WMDE), and Gabriel Birke (WMDE): (Special:Diff/16970288) given that their terms expired on 2017-02-01. Please ask for them back if you still need them and, if you're going to handle WMDE fundraising for the next years, please tell us so we can grant you the permissions indefinitely until you leave WMDE office or you're no longer tasked with centralnotice management.
