I noticed today upon trying to delete some spam on the Interlingue / Occidental Wikipedia (ie.wikipedia.org) today that the sysop rights had originally been been granted for three months and expired a week ago, so this is a request for reinstatement (Caro de Segeda did the original application for both of us and I didn't know that it was only granted for three months). I don't believe this is the right venue for this request. If you're trying to request sysop rights on ie.wikipedia.org, you need to put in a request at Steward requests/Permissions. And according to Martin Urbanec's comment: "please start another election a few days before your temporary access expires, and after a week post your request again to this page". Thanks, I'll make a request over there - I seem to have confused this page with that one. Though please note that I had no idea that the original access was for only three months or where the application was done - I was just told one day that I had become a sysop.
