Yes certainly. The first step is to realize that requests for global rights belong on SRGP, not WM:RFA. The second one is to realize that "regular global admins" don't exist, there is only the maintenance group of global sysops. --MF-W 19:38, 18 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
