AFH/AFM collision in description

@Camouflaged Mirage: can you check the overview of this, I think there is some collision between what the view-only (AFH) and read-write (AFM)'s are in your description (e.g. who would be in each, where to get them, who manages them). — xaosflux ^Talk 13:13, 24 March 2023 (UTC)
