The assumption that Italian users are unlikely to be knowledge-deprived is bizarre. Italy has an extremely high level of illiteracy and half of the country trails behind most or all regions of EU and even some non-OECD countries on most social criteria. --Nemo 07:17, 12 July 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

From 2018-07 Wikimedia Foundation Board Meeting Ops Update Deck.pdf «We believe this is a good proxy for wikis whose members don’t have alternative access to knowledge ("A2K")». It's not.
