Reason

I live in a small village (rural areas) where i can edit only on mobile. I need a laptop and an internet for more contributions to Wikipedia and it's sister projects.

Future activities

I will use it fairly to improve and create more quality articles on Marathi Wikipedia and will contribute substantially to other projects.

 Oppose: The user is banned on HiWiki for his extremely biased, exaggerated edits on the topis of his choice. While his efforts, his commitment to his cause is appreciated, I'm afraid it is not as per the neutrality guidelines of wikipedia and offering him better means will further exaggerate the problems. His edits have caused such grave concerns which could even lead to litigation against Wikipedia. Seeing the support from MrWiki community above I hope the user has now improved, and it is in accordance with WikiPolicies to Assume Good Faith, however, I would advise the programme administrator to take neutral decision after seeing both sides of the coin.
