Translations needed at Wikimaniawiki[edit]

Hi. I see that you have done some translations from English here at metawiki. I am wondering if/when you have some time you would mind doing similarly on the new Wikimania wiki. I am looking to have that wiki have its particular sidebar links available in as many languages at possible. You can find my starting list at wmania:Wikimania:Mediawiki pages with translations and thanks for any help that you are able to provide. :-)  — billinghurst sDrewth 10:58, 17 February 2019 (UTC)

@Billinghurst: Sure, I will try to do as much I could and if there is something I need to know more will ping you. QueerEcofeminist (talk) 17:00, 17 February 2019 (UTC)

Translation help?[edit]

Hi.

You, and some other users, are getting this message because you've previously translated from English to Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil or Telugu here on Meta. The Community Engagement department at the Wikimedia Foundation is trying to get some information we think is very relevant to the Indian communities translated into these languages. If you have the time and would be willing to help out, please take a look at User:CKoerner (WMF)/Support for our communities across India, which we'll be posting as soon as possible.

Thank you. /Johan (WMF) 11:40, 17 July 2019 (UTC)

Johan (WMF), Marathi Translation completed. thanks QueerEcofeminist "cite! even if you fight"!!! [they/them/their] 19:47, 17 July 2019 (UTC)
Much appreciated. /Johan (WMF) (talk) 20:49, 17 July 2019 (UTC)
Hi, thanks for your help with this. Could you verify User:CKoerner_(WMF)/Support_for_our_communities_across_India/mr? The Marathi text has two untranslated links, but the source is only using that link once. Thanks for making sure that the original meaning is retained throughout the page :) --Elitre (WMF) (talk) 10:47, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
Elitre (WMF), Corrected it, now it has only one link. Ping me if you think anything else needs to be updated. thanks QueerEcofeminist "cite! even if you fight"!!! [they/them/their] 10:52, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
Appreciate the prompt intervention! Have a lovely weekend, --Elitre (WMF) (talk) 11:13, 19 July 2019 (UTC)

Please translate the Editing newsletter[edit]

Would you please translate VisualEditor/Newsletter/2019/July into your favorite language for me? I'd really appreciate it. Whatamidoing (WMF) (talk) 17:30, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
