REVISIONID gives the latest revision id of the page before your edit. It's impossible to know, AFAIK, the new diff id before saving the edit in the database. --Melos (talk) 19:06, 26 February 2017 (UTC)

Identification

At Access to nonpublic information policy, the link for identification ("Provide contact and identification information; and") does not work (it is to the same page but non-existent section) and I am not sure what I need to do to identify myself (I just signed the confidentiality agreement as instructed). On a similar note, I completed the confidentiality agreement earlier this year for OTRS but am not on this list. Specifically, I got an email asking for the relevant details on April 23 per https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/L32, answered on April 28, and was given access on April 30.
