@SuswethaK(CIS-A2K): Please reconsider the usage of words for the requirements of Wikimedians who would be interested to be a jury member. Though the jury members are expected to complete the process within time, it doesn't mean that anyone should compel and restrict them. Specifically speaking, sentences "You should be available whenever required.." & "You should complete the work in time" are not very friendly to setting where you are expecting something from a volunteer.
