Archiving

Could we make for a more accessible and summarisable archive setup here.

Currently you need to go into the history to find the archives, which are all separated, and there are big discussions in there that were never resolved (they are pending answers either NKohli and the team didn't have to hand, or wouldn't make).

A huge amount of critical reasoning is also there, including a fairly comphrehensive laying out of issues with IP Masking and attempting to group the IP addresses in the ways mooted. That reasoning is a fairly substantive part here of the record, and certain key parts should probably be here permanently.
