Alaska out?

- @Cataleirxs: I made that change boldly. NY's importance is attributed to the diverse nature of the state from upstate to NYC to Long Island compared to Alaska which is a very unpopulated state, but not as important as NY. I figured that since this level is not as watched enough as the top level (which must have consensus on the talk page in order to make any changes), that it would be fine to make the change boldly. - @Interstellarity Every change in the 10.000 list has to be voted in Talk:List of articles every Wikipedia should have/Expanded (same as you did with Algeria/Morocco and Los Angeles/Toronto).
