Millosh's comment on the CU access[edit]

I know Mardtanha from Farsi Wikipedia. He is one of the most hardworking contributors to the Farsi Wikipedia. I went through the comments made by both sides. I must say, among all, I enjoyed reading Millosh's well-reasoned comments. In one of the "no-comments" an opposer had imagined an "end of the world" scenario according to which the Iranian government arrests Mardtanha and "obtains his wikipedia password" under torture... I really don't know what to say about this strange scenario (filtering Wikipedia altogether would be a better choice than tracking its contributors, both effort-wise and politically). But regardless, I believe Millosh's comment would resolve this and many other concerns raised by other opposers (not to imply that they were all valid without exception). Millosh suggested that

"If elected, Mardetanha may decide not to do any CU on projects where significant portion of contributors are coming from Iran (Persian, Azerbaijani, Kurdish...), which means that we'll be well introduced if something would go wrong."

I was wondering whether Mardtanha agrees to this. I do not find it necessary at all, and would support him anyways, but I think it would be psychologically relieving for those who believe their identity may be exposed under such scenarios, and also for those who have opposed Mardtanha, or abstained from supporting on such grounds. --دوستدار ويکيپديا 09:01, 2 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]


User:Ali20 wiki is cancelling perfectly valid votes[edit]

I think that User Ali20 wiki hates user Mardetanha, because he is doing all he can to cancel as many votes in his favor as he can, and he is not looking if those votes are valid or not.
