@Trizek (WMF): I am not a fan of the use of the word "blocked" with respect to the wmf version deployments. I know what it means, but that word has so many other meanings in the WMF universe that perhaps something else could be selected. How about "Deployment of 1.32.0-wmf.13 was delayed" and "Deployment of 1.32.0-wmf.14 has been delayed [owing to ...] [until further notice]" (just some ideas/thoughts in the last one).
