Affiliate-led events for Movement Strategy discussions[edit]

The Affiliate-led events for Movement Strategy discussions is going to be held on the 6th August 2017, in Kolkata, India. The motto of this discussion is that, we expect to add West Bengal Wikimedians’ voice, opinion and ideas to this global idea exchange platform. We would like to come up with detailed analysis and speculations about the current situation of the Wikimedia movement, how do we want to see it in next 5, 10, 20, or 30 years, What are the necessary steps to be taken for it, what are the problems and obstacles, and how those can be resolved. We’ll have special focus on community building, and increasing reach of Bengali Wikimedia projects. With a view to materializing this strategic discussions and making the event a grand success, your valued opinion and support is highly solicited.
