Articles suggested for enwikiquote with no associated article on enwikipedia[edit]

@EUwandu-WMF:: I believe you have been suggesting people in this campaign create articles on English Wikiquote where there is no existing article on the English Wikipedia. I believe this is not a good idea as such items are likely to be challenged for notability and placed in a deletion process. While the article may or may not survive that process I would suggest it can create a bad experience for people encouraged to create such articles. A case in point is q:en:Lekwa Hope Anya which will likely be nominated for a deletion discussion in a day or two. @DeirgeDel: Thank you for calling my attention to this and apologies for the late response. Just seeing this now. Regarding the clarity on the subject names, I see the page has been deleted and not sure if you still require this. This was part of the Africa regional list made by volunteer community members.
