Talk:Wiki Loves Sport

From Meta, a Wikimedia project coordination wiki

What about maybe updating this page, specifically the banner — since there is no Olympics these days? -- Ата (talk) 19:10, 21 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Is about the planned (what should have been the Olympic and Paralympic) Games, postponed in 2021. --Camelia (talk) 14:34, 24 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Camelia.boban, please adapt the project page to current situation. Also please have a look at Talk:Wiki Loves Sport/Editions/2020: maybe something can be done to not make more people angry. -- Ата (talk) 07:59, 24 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
OK, thank you, I'm answering there. --Camelia (talk) 14:34, 24 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

interested in contributing and extending goals...[edit]

Camelia.boban Hi! I am interested in contributing and extending goals...would you be interested to collaborate on LGBTIQ+ and grass-root sport? --Zblace (talk) 08:03, 2 September 2020 (UTC) Small update: wanted to add Ana_Sršen page, WikiData, Commons entries, but it is not clear to me where and how? --Zblace (talk) 14:46, 6 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Zblace: Of course yes, we have a permanent edit-a-thon about olympic and paraolympic women champions, and active people from the Project Sport in Italian Wikipedia. Just say what to do. PS. I added the article you improved at the related section Improved articles on the results list, thank you ;-). --Camelia (talk) 20:14, 6 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

beyond Wikipedia and article writing[edit]

Anyone interested in extending work on this theme at least on Wikidata and Commons (or across all Wikimedia) I would be interested to work on Sport and Equity outside beyond Wikipedia and competitions? My current focus is also on Wikispore.org for which I think as a good place to experiment with new Wiki forms (Camelia is informed).

Consider to join this new channel on Sport and Equity on Wikimedia Chat for faster exchange in next days and weeks. --Zblace (talk) 12:25, 27 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
