Thank you, TOR, for this striking lightning talk. It touches on a tension at the heart of off-wiki governance challenges, and the relationship of on-wiki contributors with people working off-wiki, that has dogged our entire movement for years. I have shared it with all my colleagues at the Wikimedia Foundation.
While naming the challenges does not resolve them, it is a necessary start, and for the longest time we have not even been doing that. So again, thank you! Asaf (WMF) (talk) 23:25, 14 November 2021 (UTC)
