just to play devil's advocate here for a minute, is it possible that the vote itself is superfluous? if this is what the committee came up with, then can we simply choose to implement it in stages, rather than a single vote with little basis which will presumably impose the whole document all at once, and make the whole thing immediately binding on all of us? --Sm8900 (talk) 04:45, 21 June 2024 (UTC)
