In response to the 'Gender Gap' question[edit]

  • Even here: oppose this question. The board should not take advantage of the work of the volunteers. The volunteers are a group, that is build by themself. Every attempt to change this was a desaster in the last 10 years. There came not mor women. And it's not a wonder. If I would be a woman, I would stay away, if I would see all the programs to catch me. Let the possible volunteers come, if they want! We need everybody! If we go further this way, there will not come one woman more, but we will lost more and more frustrated men, who are belive, that their work did not count. Then, maybe, we will have in future 50/50%. With much less authors. Is this this, what you have in mind? Marcus Cyron (talk) 12:06, 18 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
