You know,–SJ talk my self I have realized every dissensions suggested by seniors editor whether their rights or wrong because it seems that Wikimedia with all it's sister projects are there for some special people,nationals and continents and that's why your reacting and deciding even to minors issues unsteady of providing advise for improving basics. and people are taking advantage of the weakness of African users but am telling you whatever it's WMKTZ is a younger today and becoming bigger soon. Dear Francis, you are not understanding me. What I mean is, you should first become a wikimedia user group. Then you should organize some projects, perhaps with other Wikimedians in Tanzania. Then after a few years you might become a chapter. –SJ talk 19:26, 22 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your explanation, and i must say sorry may be for my thinking nagatively. you know, –SJ talk we have decide to establish this firm to enable us gathering and discussing some issues, especially at this time of increasing Wikimedia users in our country we might have an institution to re guide our self, we are now planing to educate our people at any level so to do all this things we need a firm which has already been formed and the good samaritan has offered office and mud operand. its better the firm to still on until where Wikimedia Foundation decided about the future of Wikimedia Tanzania to become a member of the Foundation, please we need your support on this, welcome Tanzania, welcome Africa. _Manawa|Talk ^{Education First}11:21, 22 April 2013.
