Thank you for your application, and we apologize for just reaching you. The Wikimedia Usergroup Nigeria community support fund committee has further reviewed your application, and they have some follow-up questions and requests regarding your application:

• Due to the end of our fiscal year by March and the need to further close our books, we need you to confirm first if you will be able to complete and provide reporting of the project by the end of February, as this is important before moving on with the application.
• We are happy that you are improving content around the 2023 Nigeria elections, but we further request that you share some of the content you will be editing.
• We are bothered at the quality of the event with 50 participants, and since this is a mini-grant, we request that you make it to just 40 participants and hence reduce the refreshment budget with the numbers.

We look forward to your response and adjusting the budget so we can move forward with the proposal on or before the 10th of February 2023. Thank you once again for your work within the Wikimedia Movement in Nigeria.

Dear @Ayokanmi (WUGN),

1) The plan is to carry out the edit-contest throughout the election period and also get to update wikipedia with post-election information, due to exams currently ongoing in LASU and other constraints we would be starting late, we humbly plead for an extension to end the project by 15th of March.

2) We plan on creating a new article with the topic 'Nigeria's 2023 General Elections', other articles we'd be improving include: Elections_in_Nigeria, Independent Electoral Commission.

Not Funded

Thank you for your application, and we apologise for just reaching you. This project cannot be funded since it was submitted during the last fiscal year. The project date is way past and LASU club already has a new project proposal in the valuation stage.
