Mind if we incorporate some of them into WNL 0.2?

A couple of suggestions: You might want to invert paragraph 2 and 1. The fourth paragraph shouldn't be a grant; it's a restriction/requirement to credit. There are probably a couple of details which should be run by the lawyers; for example Wikinews is the licensor-designate of the authors - the licensors.
