Suggestion for a simpler banner, slightly less imposing + easier to translate :)

The Community Resources team invites constructive and supportive discussion of proposals on this page. Feedback that is excessive, hostile, or contains personalized and disparaging remarks about the applicant or their organization, may be removed from the discussion page. Participants should also follow the Universal Code of Conduct's guidelines for communication and behavior.
